The European Advisory Services Team has extensive experience in obtaining support from EU funds and from domestic state aid sources. We help businesses obtain exemptions from corporate income tax in Special Economic Zones, as well as exemptions from property tax and tax incentives for research and development.
An important area of EAST's competences is support for foreign investors in negotiating state aid packages. The Accreo Taxand team has participated in multi-stage negotiations with Polish national and local government representatives to obtain the best terms of assistance for planned investments. Using the Taxand network's experience, we support our clients in applying for aid from Community programmes and in finding partners for the implementation of international projects.
