On 7th and 8th June 2010 the conference Romania and Ukraine Business Insigts took place at the Polonia Palace Hotel in Warsaw. The conference organizers were: Accreo Taxand, the Polish - Romanian Chamber of Commerce, Polish - Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and the Polish Chamber of Commerce. Honorary patrons: the Ambassadors of Romania and Ukraine in Poland.
The lectures covered the economic and tax law conditions that have a direct influence on business development in Romania and Ukraine. There was also a special presentation dedicated to opportunities to gain union funds in Romania. It is worth considering that almost 90% of union funds have yet to be effectively allocated in this country, which means that there is a unique opportunity to reach out for millions of euro just waiting for Polish investors.
The conference's participants were presidents and financial and investment directors of manufacturing concerns who are considering expansion to the east and south of Europe.
