Accreo Taxand has been taking leading positions in the rankings of top EU advisors. This is the second time in roll when skills and achievements of company's advisors have been appreciated in the "Advisory Services Market" report, in the category covering acquisition of EU grants, drawn up by FORBES. Accreo Taxand has been listed first in the general ranking as well as in the categories: „Grants for large enterprises" and "Investment subventions".

The victory of Accreo Taxand in the FORBES ranking stems from a total acquisition of PLN 1 074 000 000 provided for 40 projects financed with the EU funds. The organization has been advising to such companies as: Alpla, EDF, Kirchhoff, GE, Lafarge and NG2.

We are proud of this honorable mention, yet we should not forget that the EU fund market in Poland is subject to transformation, and the pool of EU grants will be shrinking. This situation forces major advisory companies to take decisions of wider business and territorial range. In order to achieve the goal, they have to win over more than one customer within one project, or launch some business activities in the countries, in which the main pool of EU subventions has not been distributed yet. Therefore our company has recently started off on the Romanian market. Taking into account a potential of this state and the amount of public means to be spent, we do think that this is an appealing alternative for numerous Polish entrepreneurs, keen on development of their businesses in the countries of South-East Europe. - says Michał Gwizda, partner in Accreo Taxand.

Since April 2010, Accreo Romania, a subsidiary, which assists in acquisition of the EU funds provided for enterprises interested in local investments, has been present on the Romanian market.
