Joanna Affre, attorney-at-law, has joined the Accreo Legal law firm, a member of the Accreo Group. She will be a managing partner and will be responsible for the firm's development and as well as manage a team of lawyers advising companies within the broadly understood fields of corporate law, commercial law and competition law.
Joanna Affre has over ten years of experience in legal consultancy acquired during her work at renowned Polish and international law firms and during collaboration with business persons, association and public institutions, in particular in France and in Belgium. Her main areas of specialisation include competition law, economic and civil law as well as court and administrative proceedings, in particular with the President of UOKiK (The Office of Competition and Consumer Protection). She has been carrying out audits and training sessions for enterprises, particularly in the area of competition law.
Joanna Affre has been providing advice with respect to the development of a distribution policy, counteraction to anti-competition agreements and counteraction to abuse of dominating positions, mergers and acquisitions, consumer law as well as counteraction to unfair competition. In those areas she has carried out numerous projects for clients in various sectors, in particular FMCG, food products and motor industry as well as chemicals, construction, banking and the media and advertising sectors. She is a graduate of the Law and Administration Department at the University of Wrocław and post-graduate studies in political sciences (IEP Strasbourg France), community law (Lyon III France) and competition law (King's College, London, UK).
