TRAINEE - no previous experience in working in this sector. As a trainee you work with the team on current projects.
ADVISER - if you have undergone training at Accreo Taxand. As an advisor you will work in a team and are responsible for part of the project. You gather information from various sources, carry out analyses, present conclusions and draw up draft documents.
SENIOR ADVISER - if you have at least 2 years' professional experience and are fluent in the selected area of advisory services. As an experienced adviser you will supervise and co-ordinate the work of the advisers, responsible for the content-related aspects of projects and, to an increasing degree, for contacts with clients.
MANAGER - if you have at least 5 years' professional experience, and are an expert in the area of advisory services. You will co-ordinate the work of several project teams and are responsible for its final result, and are responsible for maintaining relations with clients.
SENIOR MANAGER - a position to which a manager is promoted, is responsible for contacts with key clients and, to an increasing degree, for the firm's internal development. You will manage the professional development of team members and assist them in selecting their individual career paths.
PARTNER - the highest position at Accreo Taxand, a co-owner of the company. You will take key decisions related to the firm's operation and determine new directions of business development. You care for the firm's prestige and image, dealing with the strategic management of relations with clients and with winning new clients.
